Buying a new Shingle or Metal roof is an important investment. We want to assist you in getting the results you expect—a quality roof system at a fair price.

Metal Roof Systems

Standing Seam Metal roofs are also known as Architectural Metal Roof Systems. Architects love to specify them because of their aesthetics. Metal roofs have been around for centuries and last much longer than any other type of steep roof system.

Because they last forever and it takes a very skilled contractor to install them, Metal Roofs are expensive when compared to Shingle Roofs. We have installed our fair share of them over the years so give us a call if you are interested.

The Importance of Ventilation and Insulation

Ventilation requires intake vents (soffit, eave, gable) and exhaust vents (individual, continuous, power) at or near the high point (ridge) as shown.
Understanding Ice-Dam Protection

Ice and Water Shield installed at eaves is required by building codes in climate zones where snow and ice dams are likely to occur.
